1. Return Eligibility
At Romak Watches, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days after the product is delivered.
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The original tag must not be removed from the watch.
- Product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, warranty card, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Tag removed or damaged
- Used, damaged, scratched, or altered products
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery
- Customized or special-order products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return request:
- Email our support team with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may provide a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos for assistance.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
